It s terrible Even I don t upload the ID activate the number and sign the contract They will still charge me only by registration on their website And the customer service didn t care what you said Just be careful It s tricky I never had experience like this It is so absurd and ridiculous simcard

Billed and have not received a Sim
After signing up to these and the 12 95 offer I waited 10 days for a sim to arrive nothing various attempts to contact company nothing 20 days later a bill for 35 For service used I attempted online chat and eventually got told that they had sent sim and they had activated it so I had agreed the contract for the sim of which I still haven t received and would have to pay the bill or face increasing penalties for late payment still no apology no sim if I could give no stars I would absolute scam

JEDERZEIT K ndbar 2 MonatAdvertised as possible to cancel anytime but they don t tell you you have to pay for the current month and 2 additional months download speed advertised 300 MB svs ookla speedtest with 4G connection 1 8MB sOn top of that they charged me for roaming data abroad even if I had deactivated the service Support chat is incompetent and avoid your questions They make money on activation and deactivation of SIM cards AVOID GOMO if you want to avoid getting upset about terrible network connection and waste your time and your money

Absolutely horrid
Absolutely horrid Live in Kerry and while other companies are by no means perfect they at least FUNCTION GoMo has been nothing but a pain in the ss ever since I ve got it Constant signal loss abysmal data speeds missing texts are the main issues I ve had The latter causing me incredible headaches since I couldn t get confirmation texts

GoMo advertises No minimum connection but is LYING The main webpage promotes the fact that GoMo has no minimum contract length but when I tried to cancel they said there is a minimum 30 day contract AND 30 days notice I didn t even activate my sim card and they are making me pay two months

ScamI didn t get my sim and I had to pay for 3 months subscription plus cancelation fee When I contacted and explained to them they said we don t care you need to pay otherwise the bill will be heavier due to delays Terrible experience I don t know how they get to do business in switzerland

Worse provider ever Scamer
Worse provider ever I ordered a simcard 1 5 years ago I received it within 2-5 days so far so good Turns out the sim card isn t activated so I forgot about it 1 year later they activate it but don t update my account so I still see that there is no subscription under my name And on top of all that they kept billing me for the simcard that doesn t work Even if you have an issue or you want to complain there is no customer service except for useless chat both on their website Really don t recommend a complete SCAM

I recommend AVOIDING The bills include charges for messages that were never sent Mid-month a fee was added to shift the billing period but when you add up the costs the amounts don t match and are unfavorable to the user Moreover after canceling the contract via the hotline I was informed that my account was settled and closed only to later find another charge applied After missing the payment deadline I was hit with an additional late fee of 30 CHF There s no email address available for submitting an official complaint When I asked a consultant on the chat how to file a complaint they simply disconnected Don t fall for the low prices they advertise This is a SCAM and it s shocking that a company like this still exists in a civilized country

SCAM COMPANY - DO NOT USE This company has made moving abroad a horrible experience
SCAM - THEY NEVER SENT MY SIM CARD and I am stuck paying for months I am a student who is now actively losing money every month for a service that has never been provided I asked for my account to be cancelled as they never sent me a sim - I was told to pay the first month and then it would be cancelled - this isn t true and I have now been charged again this month and a late fee has been added - despite them never informing me that I should pay I have NO product from them
