These guys are the best at what they do

I have used Go-smart repair 3 times and cannot fault them from Harry in the office dealing with my enquiry and booking in a technician to Grant coming out to do the repairs they are both very friendly helpful and efficient Grant s repair s are 10 10 he is so good at what he does arrives on time letting you know the night before approximately when he s coming sets up He has repaired both my paintwork and my alloy wheels and both repairs are outstanding Wouldn t hesitate to recommend and use again

My technician Mick Shelly was absolutely phenomenal He was calm and patient and came to rectify my vehicle s Body Work which was previously done incorrectly He has done a phenomenal job and is a very experienced engineer

I had stone chips on my metallic paintwork and Go Smart Repair was assigned to do the repair My technician was Toby Walpole and he was brilliant He let me know his approximate arrival time the day before and on the day phoned to provide an accurate time He explained what he would do and how long it would take He did an excellent job the paintwork is now immaculate I am very pleased with the result

Amazing technician

Staff making my appointment were very polite and courteous Mick Shelly was my technician and his customer service was above and beyond He rang the day before to arrange the time and texted he updated me in the morning on his ETA and sent a message He was very polite and professionally friendly He did an amazing job gave me the left over paint and stick He also gave advice on the best way to touch up any future minor marks I can t see where the scratches were at all An amazing job and a really nice professional knowledgeable person Truly an exceptional technician who gave exceptional customer service

The process from requesting a repair to remove a scratch went very smoothly After sending the required photos received a quick response and arrangement for booking Mick Shelley was the technician Very nice gentleman Rang to see if I would like an earlier slot that had become available Arrived on time Done an amazing job of getting rid of the scratch
