BEWARE Unscrupulous Dishonest

Found them on Facebook and enquired A woman called me sometime after i d forgotten about the query I was reluctant to give them my bank card but the agent said it would only be used to confirm my identity Not long after that I received a message from a guy on WhatsApp asking me the same questions i d already answered I replied to the whatsapp message and noticed that the person did not answer my questions I decided to delete and block them as i felt they were not professional and legit 3 months later they took 79 from my account despite me accessing their website or saving my personal info with them I had only just come out of breast surgery so they were the last thiing on my mind During my recovery I called 2 times and got no response and on the 3rd try got a voice message As it was during working hours alarm bells started going off because for a so called agency i d expect to speak to a living person I sent a message to them explaining that I hadn t even gone onto their site as i was dealing with preparing for surgery they sent an email to basically say the cooling off period was 14 days and i wont be getting my money back I emailed them back asking why would they keep trying my debit card if the 1st one failed and I hadn t used their services I would not expect a company in this situation to consistently keep trying someone card without notifying them of failed attempts Their whole behaviour is that of scammers I have now gotten my bank involved I would never recommend or use them ever

Asked for money 75 00 English was not great as soon as the phone rung it came up scam They work illegally with casting directors When i traced the number there was not a business attached to number

I signed up for a free trial

I signed up for a free trial was told that payment won ot be taken until I was happy I was asked to create a profile which I did after a week of no interest I tried to unsubscribe and cancel I sent messages through my profile called customer service and emailed All of this was ignored and 79 Left my account When I asked for a refund they said that I had used the service by filling a profile I had emailed cancelling during the trial period yet they said by filling in the profile that I d used the service This is how they try to keep your money It s a front I feel like an idiot Please don t fall for it

Go-Talent resolve my issue

Further to my initial review Go -Talent have now resolved my issue with them and I am expecting a refund within a few days John in their complaints department was very helpfulI and after reviewing my emails understood that I had indeed tried to contact them to cancel my account within the 14 day grace period The frustration was compounded by not being able to get through to actually talk to someone and my emails being unanswered I hope Go-Talent will improve this in the future Thank you for following up my review and resolving my complaint Shirley ACHILLEOSKL

This company is scamming people

This company is scamming people Signed up and found their customer service awful Cancelled and asked for refund which took days to confirm Got an email from them to say they were refunding me 45 on the 16th Feb Noting came back Just got a notification from my credit card and they have just taken another 35 Everything from the initial call the customer service and their promises are rubbish STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
