Poor customer service

Poor customer service I cancelled my next order and subscription but was still put through the system and customer service were unhelpful

Wouldn t recommend

I purchased a 3 day meal prep When it arrived 2 of the products had been damaged during transit One of the products was a chocolate protein pudding its lid had been opened and it had spilt all over the other food items in the order I ended up having to throw it away due to this The other product damaged during transit was the cheeseburger pizza The packaging was damp torn and had been crushed by the other items in the order I was told the pizza was would still be fit for consumption as it was only the packaging that was damaged However if I saw a product like that in a supermarket I certainly wouldn t be purchasing it My main disappointment with the order was the fact that I was completely missing a dinner item I contacted customer support and they replied quickly They gave me a 5 refund for the missing item However my 3 day meal plan is now ruined due to the fact I don t have all the products I need to complete the 3 full days which makes the whole order pointless for me now as the calories were worked out for me and now don t match up I was offered 5 off of my next order to make up for the issue with the chocolate protein pudding but I refused to take the chance of making another order and having the same issues so I have unfortunately cancelled my membership From the other reviews it seems I m not the only customer having these issues I wish I read them first before placing an order

Food never arrived no reply from support deleted my messages in the FB group too - dodgy company

Appalling just take your money and half fill orders and hope you don t notice

Awful company AVOID Ordered with these guys firstly get a discount on your first 4 orders well it gives you a discount on the first only then it goes straight back to full price I actually thought the first box was pretty good so w e I stuck with it 4th box 3 breakfasts and a dinner missing Contact them packing error Nope they re out of stock I have to contact them to find that out They knew they couldn t fulfil my order prior to this happening and they just chose to take my full payment for the order and hope I didn t notice They don t substitute they don t replace they don t even tell you they just send you out a partially filled box and wait for you to complain then offer you a pitiful partial refund My order numbers were 3016 3619 4176 4659Cancelled now and will stay well clear These guys are Musclefood so stay clear of them too No wonder they ve tried setting up this scam under a different name

Problems with delivery

Food is great when it arrives I only received 1 order the next 3 were all cancelled every week in a row I asked every week where my order was and I was told they are aware of a system issue This isn t good enough 1 month on and I ve only received 1 order

Very expensive mistake Stay clear

Received my first box today and extremely disappointed half the dinner meals are missing and several of the snacks all missing With dinners missing it defeats the whole object of the meal plans box I ve got three dinner meals out of seven and a load of snacks which I could have just picked up from the supermarket WEIGHT LOSS MADE SIMPLE - We will just starve you with no meals I emailed to inform them that the items are missing and all I have been offered is 30 discount on a future box after this disaster they honestly think I want to spend another 70 on more food plan boxes that will no doubt have items missing

Awful company

Awful company Missing 5 items of food and sent me a short-dated meal last week 2 days till expiry No reply just a random refund for this Changed the date of my next delivery by editing the next delivery date rather than pausing my subscription and they didn t receive any confirmation of this neither did I Just received an email my next orders been dispatched for delivery tomorrow while I m in Rome Even though my next delivery date on my account still very clearly shows 5th Dec They refuse to admit fault and have taken and wasted my money Don t use this company plenty of better alternatives

When i joined the plan it was free delivery now they want 5 99 per box so thats 4x5 99 extra a month so ive left Also goodluck getting what you ordered the amount of times i had items replaced with items i did not want Shame im not aware of a competitor as musclefood and goalplans has gone downhill id swop in a instance
