Goat trail tactical is a total scam

Ordered a tactical harness for my dog in June 2024 They advertise on the website they process the order and ship within 48 hours and you should have your product 3-5 days from shipping This is October and still don t have it You can never get thru on the listed phone and if you contact the email listed for customer service you may get a reply in a week or 2 but it s a canned response The reviews they show on the website must be paid for BBB rating was an F now the BBB warns they believe them to be a scam They also boast their product as made in us and they are a veteran owned company I don t believe the veteran owned company part anymore and their us made is bull crap as well The harness they advertise looks just like the icefang harness that is sold on Amazon for about 40 Avoid this company like the plague I reported them to the state attorney general and FTC but it won t do any good They have a really nice website and all Fantastic reviews on the site but they are fake Look at the comments on YouTube videos and comments on their facebook page

Goat Trail Tactical scams people Do not buy anything from them I purchased a tactical dog harness in April 2024 Called them in May and they said their warehouse caught fire which was a lie as I still have not received the item and its now December 2024 Their phone number has been disconnected so I cannot talk to anyone This is a total scam run by unethical and unscrupulous people Avoid them at all costs

Something is wrong here No responses to emails for months the phone number listed for them on their site says Protabites and number unreachable No ringing it just hangs up on you They did send us product we ordered but pretty concerned that this is now happening as we need an exchange return

100 scam don t order from them Ordered a dog collar in August of 2024 it is now March of 2025 and still no collar Tried calling and it hangs up on you Sent 10-15 emails and only got one response saying they are going through a reconstruction phase and my ordered will be sent right away That was in October of 2024

Ordered 2 large dire beast collars on May 30th 2024 after I had called them and asked them if they were in stock They said 10 days out Still haven t received them emailed them said they should be there in about a week I Didn t receive them and it is now March 7 2025 The phone number doesn t work and they won t respond to any of my emails DON T ORDER FROM THEM THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN

SCAM Never received my expensive order Gave me some line about a warehouse fire Reported them any everywhere I now see shop pay along w many other payment places are no longer on there Please don t waste your hard earned money cause they are scammers

Company is a scam As others have reported they give an excuse about a warehouse fire and never fulfill their orders Nor will they respond to refund inquiries If you have been scammed please file an online complaint with the Illinois Attorney General They need multiple reports to build a case
