Life Changing

After using AYO for 2 weeks now I can say with 100 confidence that they work wonders for me My sleep quality and energy levels are on a whole new level and not sure how to fully describe this but I feel healthier I ve been an night owl my whole life and waking up early in the morning was a major pain especially during the winter time Moreover as I am working from home I could not get myself to follow a good morning routine snoozing the Alarm clock 3-4 times was normal for me Since COVID-19 hit I have tried to work more on my health and sleep especially reading up on best practices and trying them out Eventually i stumbled up on Huberman HubermanLab podcast and realized how important it is to get 20-30 minutes of morning sunshine into your eyes within 1-1 5 hours after waking up to maintain a healthy circadian rhythm I try to get as much sunlight every morning but during the winter this is almost impossible so thats when these glasses came to my rescue I use AYO whenever I am unable to get the much-needed circadian light from the sun in the morning which is most days in winter For me these glasses are life changing as I am finally able to maintain a correct circadian rhythm good quality sleep and high energy during winter days Thanks to AYO I believe this winter will be the first one in many in which I won t experience SAD and winter blues Could not recommend them more

This is my second pair of AYO glasses

This is my second pair of AYO glasses as I was an early adopter backing this company already from day 1 I bought my first pair of AYO s back in 2015 when the company was just launching their first version of the product on the market I bought it through a kickstarter campaign as I was looking to optimize my sleep and circadian rhythm I remember when I just received the product I was very stoked by taking this device on my trip to Cuba to combat the jet lag After that I used these glasses especially during the winter months which are quite dark months with little sunlight overhere in The Netherlands Then at some point in 2024 I needed to upgrade my pair as the old ones broke down I decided to buy 2 pairs and gift one to my mother Since then I continue to use the product every single day also during the summer months Just because I like the energy boost it gives me combined with a cup of Joe in the morning This device just became part of my life style As for the customer service special thanks to one of the founders Aleksander who have been personally providing customer service to me as of day 1 During that time he answered all my questions and concerns and also set me up with a replacement charger case at some point I can also confirm that the new version of AYO glasses are a lot more refined and sturdy than the first iteration of this device I just love how simple it works Just put it on and no hassle The companion App for iPhone also evolved big time and they are still pushing out updates on that Long story short I can recommend this product wholeheartedly to anyone who wants to improve their sleep and circadian rhythm and also want to boost their energy But keep in mind if you are already feeling awesome and get enough sunlight in upon awakening then you might not benefit from the device as much as I do
