They might cut your trip short if they re having a bad day
Some goboat service guy sailed by and informed us that we broke the alcohol policy because we were mixing alcohol which was fair as we had overlooked it We were told that the trip was interrupted and we had to go straight back We complied but we d been going at a slow speed since the very beginning since we d prefer to be slow but safe He then sailed by again on the way back to tell us that we should sail to the side and that he d toe it back We complied but as we d gotten everything out he suddenly changed his mind and then said one had to stay Don t know why a single person had to stay Probably just to harass and inconvenience us as much as possible so we said we d all go back faster or all leave the boat as originally instructed I had one beer as the captain and was informed there was a zero tolerance policy Upon looking into it it turns out that they can only interrupt the trip if you re visibly drunk Extremely unprofessional having personel making up rules on the fly Paid for 3 hours and we barely got two Edit 31 08 2020 Was contacted by the owner of GoBoat as he wanted gain clarity of the situation He was polite and easy to communicate with We got a voucher for the full time along with an apology which was way better than I expected as we had technically broken the alcohol policy and were merely unsatisfied with how it was handled Can t say they don t own up to mistakes and care about correcting wrongs which is the reason for the better rating We ll be back - this time without hard alcohol -

Outstanding customer service
Due to unforseen circumstances we had to cancel our booking last minute but GoBoat went extra mile and provided us voacher they weren t obligated to which we are so looking forward to use it as soon as we can Thank you GoBoat

Great experience
Great experience It s interesting to see Copenhagen from the water and awesome to be a captain Boats are easy to navigate and fun for kids and adults alike I messed up the reservation and missed our slot but it was solved with a smile Can highly recommend

Disappointing experiences
I can present two seperate experiences with GoBoat Both are incredibly disappointing First of all I hosted an event in a GoBoat around a year ago where the battery died approximately half way through the tour This was not compensated in any way and caused a great delay and cancellation of our subsequent plans for the day Second of all I ve bought a gift card for a friend which apparently has a very short expiration date She has struggled a lot getting people together and when they finally found a date which was a few days after the expiration date she contacted the GoBoat support who told her there was nothing to do about it This is absolutely ridiculous and an unacceptable way to treat your customers We are now trying to get rid of the gift card and will do everything we can to avoid this company in the future Congratulations on your one star GoBoat

Fun fun fun
The experience needed to be re-booked twice due to bad weather and the service was great Re-booked twice with no fuss On July 12 4 adults and 2 children had great fun The boat was easy it was thoroughly clear and the staff was helpful and friendly Definitely recommend it I will do it again in the future

30 degrees and a lot of traffic on the
30 degrees and a lot of traffic on the water But we managed to eat our sm rrebr d in spite of wind and big waves and had our own little party Would be nice if you could speed up the boat a bit you can hardly reach from one end to the other in the harbour as we were told from take off We really enjoyed the 3 hours though and can highly recommend

Black Friday sale Price for 2 hours exactly same dkk 979 for 2 hours which is exactly the same I paid in the summer this year It appears that I have overlooked a discount code or it did not show up on my screen Either way GoBoat has responded immediately to my concerns both in writing and by phone much appreciated It is good of you to offer me a discounted trip even after the sale Thanks for your prompt attention Looking forward to take a tour with GoBoat again
