Terrible
Like others I liked the idea of supporting drivers so tried the app but I tried it twice and there were no cabs available either time Plus the second time the app took about 20 minutes to tell me that by which time I had decided to walk The worst part is that they charged my credit card and I am trying to get them to refund me so far without any luck Good concept absolutely terrible execution

DISHONEST PEOPLE
Long story short my Fiance and I took a brief ride from Grand Central to Port Authority not long after I realized that I did not have my phone on me I was able to use the find my phone app and could see it was in the cab going around the city I pinged my phone numerous times only for it to be manually turned off for 12 hours I emailed the dispatcher with the information he needed and have NOT heard back and I also followed up before I posted this review They have no intention in helping me recover my phone nor have the decency to respond back - avoid all yellow cabs at all costs Just awful

Not dependable
Not dependable - scheduled a cab 8 hours in advance to make a flight 13 minutes after the cab was scheduled to pick me up I received a text saying there were no cabs available and I would have to reschedule The app claims you can easily schedule your ride - and it is easy to schedule Just don t count on them being there as promised Uber and Lyft have this perfected - Curb is further proof why old-fashioned cabbies are on the way out

Terrible experience with Curb
Terrible experience with Curb On June 5 2023 I reserved a cab to drive us from midtown Manhattan to LaGuardia Airport timely arrival being of the essence Despite assurances from Curb that the cab would arrive as requested a cab never showed No one called no one sought to contact us about any delay or problem We were forced at the last minute to hail a cab from the street When I reported the issue to Curb I received no response beyond the generic claim that they couldn t be responsible for no shows I also noticed that I was charged 41 and change on my debit card which was never reimbursed

COMPANY FULL OF CRIMINALS THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM
This company somehow got a hold of my debit card information and charged me for services I never ordered When trying to contact customer service through the numbers provided none of them worked or were for actual customer service Tried going through their live chat option but would ve had to have paid additional money to continue to the next rep that was actually going to help Basically I m not getting my money back THIS BUSINESS IS CROOKED AND FULL OF CRIMINALS THAT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU DON T USE THEM EVER

HORRIBLE
HORRIBLE The a-hole driver who accepted my request sat at the wrong end of my block for a minute or two wouldn t answer his phone when I called twice and then just suddenly cancelled the ride A full twenty-five minutes later a replacement driver arrived I m now massively late for a hospital appointment will likely have to re-book and have 50 of wasted fares on top There s no way to complain about the a-hole who wrecked my day Angry and disgusted Horrible service horrible system where drivers can just suddenly change their mind with no explanation I m boiling mad Zero stars would be more appropriate

I had the worst experience I forgot a
I had the worst experience I forgot a bag from duty free with a lot of money on gifts on a taxi from JFK to S ozone park on May 19th 2024 and I try to yell the driver but he didnt hear me I try to contact Curb and the Girl Victoria that replay the emails told me to wait till the credit card Clear because they cannot find the driver if it doesnt show in their system after several emails giving all the required information I had to wait to 2 days so It clear the transaction and after that she never replay any emails I think they just play dump for a few so you just let it go and forget about it They realy dont care
