Warning Before making a purchase I recommend considering a few key points 1 If you decide to return the product the seller will do everything possible to prevent it I m not sure how it works within Ukraine but when purchasing from another country returns are practically impossible The seller goes out of their way to avoid accepting returned packages I sent the package from Poland confident it would reach the specified address However in Ukraine the rules seem different and the package was delivered to a collection point I tried to arrange a courier but the courier fee has to be paid by the seller The seller refuses to cover this cost even though this is a return of an item purchased online which means they should refund me They could easily deduct the courier cost from the refund but instead they continually refuse proving they never intended to issue a refund Don t be misled 2 Since you are making a distance purchase as a consumer you have the right to return the product 3 Items arrive without tags The seller only allows exchanges or converts the return into store credit that must be used within six months 4 Products don t look like they do on the website and are definitely not worth the price Items from Chinese marketplaces unfortunately look better than these

Ninas first comment at the start of the page is definitely legit plus clothes are not worth the money and came without tags My size is medium I have no idea what size they sent because I do not fit Plus we did have an issue with customs and they sent me a clear msg that from their side did what they had to and now it s up to me They would not accept refund and I had to pay the price for the dresses they were not worth it if course to customs I am ripped I would not suggest this shop to anyone it s a scam

I had an awful experience with this company First be aware that they claim production takes 15 days or more so don t expect to receive your item quickly I attempted to cancel my order just a few hours after placing it but it took several days for them to respond only to tell me that the item was already in production They don t offer refunds so I was left with no option but to accept a product they had in stock The dress I received was the wrong size came without a label and was of very poor quality I had to buy another dress because the one I received didn t fit and arrived too late To make matters worse they refuse to refund any of my money Please think twice before ordering from this company it feels like a complete scam

I ordered a skirt for New Year s on December 8 but only received it on January 7 as the delivery took at least 15 working days My usual size is M or L but in this case L was too small I returned the item and requested a refund However the store refused to refund my money and insisted on either exchanging it for another item or issuing store credit Neither of these options works for me but the store remains uncooperative After some research I discovered that the store is registered in the UK while I made the purchase from Germany This means they are violating consumer protection regulations in both countries The easiest way to get my money back is by contacting my bank for a chargeback and I am currently in the process of doing so I recommend other affected buyers consider the same Another possible option is to submit a group request to UK Citizens Advice If anyone is interested in joining this action please feel free to contact me in Facebook or LinkedIn

My experience with God Bless Dress was extremely positive I ordered two dresses and a set and despite the ongoing war being Ukrainian myself but living in Turkey my order was shipped on time and the quality of the items exceeded my expectations Moreover the pieces are truly unique Although Turkey is known for its vast clothing market I haven t been able to find anything even remotely as beautiful and distinctive as what this store offers I highly recommend God Bless Dress
