Fraudulent Cheating Company
Please don t take any travel insurance from this company Firstly no advice is given on how to navigate The customer service only knows to speak and write mails according to pre-prescribed guidelines like an automated machine Even with a genuine claim of where we had to cancel our trip due to our grandmother s health condition we submitted all the health records which are really plenty for a 5000 rs claim they still rejected our claim due to a small technical wording that they had inserted in their terms and conditions that insurance coverage would only be valid for IPD and not for OPD In fact we had proactively mentioned to the customer service since Day 1 about the technicalities of the admission and discharge of my grandmother The customer service and the management who trained and hired them are so pathetic that they couldn t guide us properly and kept asking for all the medical records - 3 weeks of back and forth only to eventually reject the claim which they could have easily guided us about how to navigate as they had all the details required in the first call and mail itself Never take an insurance from them guys you will lose your money and time and energy dealing with their customer service dummies Overall a pathetic experience with them - especially the person called Sanjay Baghel These are the kinds of folks I can t wait to see automated away by AI - they don t deserve a job helping customers at all

What an Insurance Company They should give the customers insurance for free for the 0 services they provide We purchased a Home Insurance from them At the time of purchasing as usual they were very prompt in responses and emails But when a claim was made they started weeping They started looking for excuses not to reimburse the claim Several emails went unanswered The emails which they send to refuse the claim only they understood what was written in those emails They were behaving like the customer has purchased the policy for free It is better not to have insurance at all than having an insurance with them as both mean the same thing

Extremely Disappointed with Go Digit s ServiceI rarely take the time to leave reviews but my experience with Go Digit has been so frustrating that I feel compelled to share it My interactions with their service have been nothing short of disastrous First and foremost the customer support has been abysmal Whenever I ve tried to get help or resolve an issue I ve been met with unhelpful responses and an alarming lack of urgency My requests for assistance have either been ignored or inadequately addressed leaving me with unresolved problems and growing frustration Additionally the service itself has been unreliable I ve encountered multiple issues from frequent outages to inconsistent performance which have severely impacted my experience The promises made by Go Digit about service quality and support have not matched the reality I ve faced Overall my experience has been far below expectations and I m incredibly dissatisfied with Go Digit s service I would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before committing as my experience suggests that the company has significant shortcomings in both its service delivery and customer support

It s a scam They commit so much when it comes to selling the policy And when ur comes for claim settlement They start showing the clauses they have packed the policy so so well that u will fall for it and when the situation arrives they shy off Cause of the carrier delay I missed my connection to my onward tour which resulted in the trip cancellation I asked them to compensate me and my family for the trip cancellation missed connection But they give u dumb excuses and show the policy terms Better take old style policy of new india oriental Save urself from being cheated by the Scam of go digit Even the owners and CEO are same We tried to reach out them with the problems and issues we faced as a consequence of the flight delay and trip cancellation They were not at all receptive of the same Regards Vishal Jalani

I am very unhappy with the claim process at Digit Insurance They keep coming back with excuses and requesting unnecessary information which delays the claim process significantly My policy is due for renewal in April and I am seriously considering moving to a better option due to these ongoing issues

I took car insurance with digi tried to contact them due to some incident for claim but didn t get any reply from their side After two weeks we have to repair and paid the cost for it After three weeks that they replied asking about details but we fixed it and they say they cannot move forward with claim since we repaired it before their inspection

So unfortunately I bought a car insurance pay as you drive policy from go digit Policy number D197613568 14042025 My insurance starts date is from May 3rd I bought the policy on 14th April I update the odometer reading the same day Before purchasing the plan I speciality asked the agent I spoke to whether I can update the odometer on May 1st just before the start date because I had to travel some places inbetween I told him purchasing the plan on May 1st would be better because of the odometer issue He wanted me to buy the insurance the same day and assured me I can update the odometer reading before start of insurance date So I travelled 600km more and called them to update the reading on May 1st To my surprise the executive his name was Govind that you can t update the odometer reading and that he can t do anything about the previous agent telling lies He even told me he can t even raise a complaint He told me he can share a feedback Whats a feedback going to do with the lost money I have now 600 km less on pay as you drive insurance 1900km left Big mistake getting an insurance from them
