Very happy with my new heat pump

Econic guided me patiently through the whole process from me thinking maybe I should get an air source heat pump through to commissioning the system with a Vaillant heap pump and a sunamp thermal battery for hot water instead of a normal hot water cylinder They were happy to discuss things in great detail and answered all my questions very patiently tailoring the system to my quirky Victorian terraced house The installation was completed on time very neatly and accomodating my requirements for the location of the various components They also worked seamlessly with my builder who did the underfloor heating and changed all the radiators Econic did all the documentation to successfully apply for the government BUS grant I now have a system that I am confident will give me a warm house and hot water and I m also confident that Econic will be available to help with any ongoing queries I may have

Many thanks to Christoph Pradeep Andrew and the installation team we cannot thankyou enough for your professionalism in getting our house set up for the complete removal of gas and the installation of a heat pump system for hot water and room heating including underfloor heating and room heating by separate room heating and cooling heat pumps The immediate response to our initial contact and engagement of the company was truly amazing and the heat loss analysis by Andrew was well thought out Econic completed all the necessary paperwork for UK Power Networks and the grant application As an engineer I was impressed with the organisation and execution of the installation all components arrived on schedule and the installation team supervised by Pradeep worked very hard and with a high degree of workmanship We had a lot of technical questions to which Christoph and Pradeep responded promptly So many thanks to Christoph for his company s organisational capabilities We look forward to discussing our need for a battery and know that they will be supportive for our future maintenance and technical queries We could not recommend Econic highly enough for anyone choosing to have a heat pump system installed

A big thank you to the Econic Energy team for the installation of my heat pump heating system I have a Victorian house in North London that I have spent several years renovating A few years ago I put solar panels on the roof with a battery storage system The last remaining major project was removing gas heating and going all electric with a heat pump heating system It took several years and several attempts to find a contractor and heat pump system that were well suited for the retrofit of the Victorian house I was very pleased with the Econic Energy team having by far the most knowledge for what heat pump system would fit with my house how it should be installed and how it could be installed efficiently with minimal interruption to the house The team executed the project in less than a week and the system is now working well I am happy to recommend the Econic Energy team and encourage others to pursue heat pump heating system retrofits for their own houses
