What a lovely company
As long all goes well no problem But I assume that s due to the courier and not because of the people behind the website I wouldn t advise taking insurance because even though it says extra security and a case manager they refuse to give you detailed information about how to file a claim Spoke to someone from the courier s helpline and was told they were aware of the problem due to the number of phonecalls they had that was similar to mine So quick and easy yes But that hardly seems an achievement as they re just intermediaries Customer service non-existent They re either incompetent they consciously work against you or it s an outside call center where the poor huddled masses are employed for peanuts And rightfully so don t give a dam

Do not use it if there is any issue they don t help
Do not use it as then you are not the sender I sent a package with PostNL last week using Goedkooppakket The next day it was sorted and ready to be delivered but then something happened and it now says forever Bezorgtijd wordt berekend Delivery time is being calculated I contacted PostNL but they plainly refused to give me any info because I am not the sender to them The sender is some third party company Goedkoopppaket and only they can initiate an investigation OK I contacted Goedkooppakket they answered very quick that they will investigate the issue and never again heard back from them I contacted them again no answer So after a week my package is not delivered and there is nothing I can do If I had sent it directly with PostNL I could do something but using Goedkooppakket my hands are tied

Insurance Scam
So i sent 5 articles 2 of them arrived broken and i sent them an email On their website is stated that there is a period of not more than 14 days to do a claim In our email exange they say that the limit is 6 days Unfortunately this is not mentioned in the conditions of the insurance Furthermore they are not responsive What a scam

Hello The carton I put things in was very hard and sturdy well packed with paper and foil When he traveled he may have been under a heavier package because he had sunk and some of the things were crushed I would be happy if there was more care for the shipments that travel for a longer time But no problem for me I m glad at least it arrived to its recipient that s why I m giving a 3 star review
