We ordered appliances a year ago in 2021 to go into our new home When we ordered they assured us there would be no problem having them in time by our move in date We call to have them delivered a few months before our move in date and come to find out they don t have any of our appliances that we ordered We got directed to the customer service department and what a nightmare they have been No one is able to tell us when any of the appliances can be expected to be in stock or delivered After several calls and complaints they finally give us an idea of August and September but none of the appliances will arrive together so they attempted to charge us separate delivery fees which are 700 each So far we still have no fridge dishwasher or oven This has been the worst business I have ever delt with and I would not recommend purchasing anything from here The customer service is terrible they are rude on the phone try to charge extra fees very disorganized and not a good experience When asked why they are delayed they blame the pandemic supply chain or the manufacturer Yet when I contact the manufacturer directly they say there are no problems with manufacturing and they say the appliance models I have ordered are being shipped out to stores in batches and they are puzzled as to why it would ever take 18 months to get a refrigerator This company should be reported for taking people s money knowing that the product is unavailable

Go to Goemans for mansplaining and ridicule
Stopped in to see if Goemans in London carried a specific laundry detergent that I had purchased at a different appliance store Having forgotten the name I tried to describe the detergent The salesman must have immediately recognized the detergent because instead of giving the simple yes or no response as to whether I could purchase the detergent I was given a lecture on laundry detergent based on his 15 years of experience selling washers That s right I got mansplained laundry detergent by some old guy who sells washers I guess my 40 some odd years of washing my large family s clothes and having developed a personal preference for detergent are meaningless I just walked away and could hear him loudly putting me down for being silly and ridiculous for wanting to only purchase the detergent that I want instead of bowing down to his superiority No no no to Goemans Never again

Extremely disappointed with your
Extremely disappointed with your Electrolux wall oven I spent close to 20k on appliances for my kitchen big mistake 4 months into using them the finish on my wall oven is coming off because of the heat the oven produces and lets out in the middle of the appliance Goemans offered me 100 to go away but I will never buy Electrolux products again or anything from Goemans You guys need to stand behind the product you sell The oven lets heat out of the middle of the appliance the finish came off the wall oven that is not under my control your product is flawed What a shame asking people to spend their hard earned money for quality appliances yet not standing behind their products lesson learned goemans Electrolux

Poor after sales service
We purchased a Fisher and Paykel fridge and upon delivery a part collet clip was missing for the waterline to the fridge Was advised to phone customer service and after waiting half an hour on the phone left a call back number for them to return the call as suggested in the recording To date we have not received a phone call Phoned customer service a few days later advised them of the missing part and was told someone would be in contact within two days still have not received a call Sent an email to customer service received a email response two days later stating that someone would be in touch still no one has contacted us Seems that the company just wants to sell product and not service or even respond to concerns about the product this concern is simple just deliver the missing part Would suggests that folks go to a different appliance store for their needs as concerns fall on deaf ears and the company has little regard for it s customers

How to lose a repeat customer Disgraceful
We bought a new stackable washer dryer for our upstairs laundry The installers broke a pipe in the wall when tightening the connection We called immediately to say there was water dripping and damaging the kitchen ceiling below A second installer came and tightened the connection which just made the problem worse We ve had to turn off the water to the machine and haven t been able to use it at all Goemans offered as a courtesy to move the machines out of the way so a plumber could come in and fix the pipe at our expense and then come back to reinstall at our expense No offer to repair the damage to our kitchen ceiling Meanwhile it s been 2 weeks of runaround and we still have no working washing machine Absolutely disgraceful way to run a business

I recently bought a 2000 fridge at Goeman s Mississauga Worst experience I ever had in my life Once you pay and leave the store they never want to hear from you They contract out the delivery and after sales service to a joke of a company called TG APPLIANCE GROUP The delivery men are aggressive mean and non compliant Communication lines are blocked by an office administrator who should be fired Amanda and Jodi in particular They do not respond by phone or email Goemans is just very well marketed and is a sales machine If you have a problem they do not assist at all I had to call the manufacturer in Mexico and try to resolve the problem myself It has been 3 months with no fridge or freezer and Goeman s or TG APPLIANCE GROUP has not tried to resolve the matter

I m very happy with my purchase
I bought a Danby upright freezer from Goemans online The model I wanted wasn t in the store near me to look at in person I just went ahead anyways and got it because it was exactly what I was looking for It was on sale as well and cheaper than a couple of other sites I saw it on It took less than two weeks to come in and I was called right away to arrange delivery which I got in 2 days Delivery was a separate fee which I get though The freezer was unpacked and set in place and for a small extra fee I think it was 10 or 20 bucks or something small the guys took away my broken old chest freezer They got rid of all the packaging too Very nice guys It was a great experience and will definitely check Goemans out again should the need arise Thank you

Friendly staff great service and easy process I love my kitchen
