I ordered three personalised breakfast sets for my Grandchildren They arrived quickly and were really lovely they were well received I contacted the company when they arrived as they were just wrapped in bubble wrap in a cardboard box which was disappointing The lady I spoke to was helpful and reactive She immediately sent me out three beautiful gift boxes at no additional cost I would use the company again without hesitation
