Extremely bad communication to be exact no communication Orders don t get delivered or they wait with delivering until after they close Which could still take hours Happened before No idea why I was so stupid to try again

One of the worst companies i worked for
One of the worst companies i worked for I wont go into much details i just want to point out that i resigned contract aproximately 45 days ago and they still havent paid my Holiday Hours They said they need 30 BUSSINESS days which is not true as the law clearly says 1 month which is 30 days Now even after 45 days i received nothing have written to support but they do not respond to my mails or they need 1 week to do so Also there is no phone contact at all WORST COMPANY EVER

Please don t order there they have mouse s in the warehouse Also shiftleaders are shouting to the personal young boy s what working in the wharehouse to sorter the orders when costumer go to wharehouse becouse they missing something there is a manager shiftleader rastaman on his flip-flops take your comments and shouting to his personal Sorry FLINK I don t order there anymore and don t gonna make good advertising about that store So people be warned don t order there and yes there are mouses in the wharehouse becouse I saw the guys talking about that big problem in that wharehouse with a company what where busy the to ad traps and poison in the wharehouse so maybe yes it is possible that you wil find a dead mouse in your grocerys Have a good day

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Terrible company Driver got lost marked the order as delivered after contacting customer service had to wait for 1h before a reply then nearly another hour for them to hear back from the store mine you their replies don t pop up on homescreen So for those 2 hours I had to keep checking my phone every 5-10 minutes just to see if there s a response then the order got cancelled So the drivers wait for the customer to contact before they admit the order wasn t delivered Then they lie they couldn t reach you Can t believe Gorillas and getir went bankrupt while flink survived with this appalling service

At first I was very content with Flink absolutely loved working there the people were kind the shifts were perfect All until the new hub manager arrived We barely get any shifts anymore we are even trying to find a new job because well bills do need to be paid It s always very chaotic you have to rush every single order the app even tells you when you re running out of time or even are out of time sometimes you are already out of time the moment you start riding towards the customer Last time I had to deliver some ice cream to a customer and it turned into chocolate milk I felt quite bad towards her but I could not do much even told her I did not know how to get in contact with them myself They also don t keep their promises and even ignore you once you call or send a message through Quinyx Most of the bikes are unsafe like literally broken most of the bags you have to deliver with are gone the protection cases for your phone are gone the bags on the back on the bicycle are often damaged And on top of that you are supposed to lock your bike yet the frame slots are gone as well But they are still able to fine you in case something happens They also have stats which shows how content they are with you and they have these absurd demands It s almost impossible to keep up with what they want from you Unless you ignore all the safety rules and just want to get yourself and others into an accident on the road I also fully understand customers aren t satisfied they let them wait for a long time have to pay much for it and you cannot even guarantee the products aren t for example melted once you re finally able to deliver it Such a shame it was such a nice company to work for

4 hours later delivery Completely spilled
Ordered at 15 00 Delivered at 19 30 One bag completely drenched in a salad that I ordered that was messed up due to bad packing Missing main item Tara from Customer Service It was delayed cause it be like that sometime Here is a coupon for free delivery next time Never ordering again

Broken glass and tomato sauce not even an apology
I ordered here for the first time Food arrived an hour later than they said it would and the delivery guy dropped two bottles of tomato sauce on the way up to my apartment He did not apologize he did not offer to clean it up He made eye contact with me shrugged turned around and left I am really upset by this experience I am not using the service again
