Return my money I am writing to request a refund for an unauthorized transaction that occurred on my Atome card today November 27 2024 in the morning I was charged PHP 1 700 for a purchase with GoGet4Kids even though no transaction was made on my end When I visited your website I found numerous complaints from other customers reporting similar issues of being charged without completing transactions This has raised my concern as I believe this might be a technical or procedural error on your platform This unauthorized charge has caused significant inconvenience as I had not authorized or completed any purchase I kindly request that you either process a refund for the amount charged to my Atome card or confirm that no charge will be applied as no transaction was made Please investigate this issue promptly and I look forward to your swift resolution I would appreciate a response confirming the cancellation of this charge or the refund as soon as possible as I am experiencing both financial loss and trouble due to this error Thank you for your attention to this matter I hope this situation is resolved quickly
