Brilliant service from GoGo Boilers Received a quote within 24 hours and then booked for a new boiler installation within a couple of days The engineer Richard was brilliant What a nice guy Lots of helpful advice and showed me how to work both the boiler and Hive thermostat as I had no idea Thanks Richard

Since GoGo Boilers installed my new boiler in 2020 they ve come to do the service each year on request I never have any trouble being offered a convenient date and time and they are always punctual friendly and efficient I am happy to recommend them

Had a problem with my boiler on Sunday afternoon Engineer answered the phone quickly tried to resolve the problem over the phone and then offered to come out Arrived in 20 minutes diagnosed and fixed the problem within another 20 minutes Friendly efficient and knowledgeable engineer Great service

We were getting an error code on our boiler and Steve came to help us He was very thorough and helpful and carefully explained what had happened with our boiler He solved the problem in less than 10minutes I will definitely be using them to service my boiler in a few months

Efficient honest and professional

My boiler broke down on a day where the temperature was -4 degrees I was on hold with British Gas for over an hour at this point useless I called GoGo boilers and spoke to Steve He talked me through a couple of steps and explained everything so clearly He was very patient professional and honest Within a few minutes my boiler was working I genuinely never write reviews but I don t think I have ever come across an honest workman as him I have saved their number and wouldn t use anyone else in the future Thank you so much Hope you have an absolutely lovely Christmas and happy new year

One day our boiler just stopped working we searched for a local shop that could help us The next day James came in explained the issues we had with our boiler We decided that a new boiler would be the best way to deal with the issues Cliff came in the following work day worked proficiently to install our boiler checked all of our radiators hot water Everything worked a treat Cliff went the extra mile taught us throughly on how to adjust the temperatures pressure if and when needed The following day James came to install our thermostat helped to link it to other devices around the house I highly recommend Go Go Boilers Cliff James did an amazing job

A clean and efficient installation

A clean and efficient installation at a great price The only downside having to wait nearly a month to get the GSC which should have been done on or immediately after installation I now have that so I can fully recommend their services Thanks Steve Go-Go team

So professional n helpful

I used Go-Go Boilers in December for a service and was very impressed The timer on my boiler wasn t working and so a new one was ordered by the company only to find it was not available I was called and this was explained to me and an alternative a better one was offered and accepted The work was undertaken with no fuss I was made aware of the cost before hand so no surprises And all sorted in 5 days 2 of which were the weekend Totally impressed and will continue to use this company for my servicing etc
