Never used this service before but Hitch their receptionist made process simple and easy to understand Was able to get an appointment within minutes Dr Patel was also very thorough and got me the right medication I needed Definitely will be using these guys again

Quick and easy to book and my doctor was excellent I wouldn t have been able to get a normal GP appointment for days but with this I booked my appointment at 3 15pm had the appointment at 3 45pm and was collecting my prescription at 4 30pm

Making the appointment was super easy At the appointed time I clicked the link and saw the doctor within seconds I was diagnosed and the prescription sent to my phone Same day appointments and great care what s not to love about this doctor service

Dr Lavan was excellent at giving informative and reassuring information as well as being able to provide me a prescription after an online consultation Follow up was also greatly appreciated and I highly recommend this efficient service

I ve used this practice a few times now

I ve used this practice a few times now and each time has been a delight The doctors are very good and have always been able to help Dr Rakesh Patel especially The receptionist is wonderful and knows how to make a good coffee I tend to read reviews and each to their own but I can t see anything wrong with this place I will be back and not just for the coffee
