repeat everything else that s been written bought an item for 36 postage Never arrived No contact from the actual seller GoGroopie customer service just keep telling me to wait for a response been over 3 weeks now This feels like a genuine fraud site Wish I d read these reviews before purchasing anything Would not have touched with a barge pole

Whhen you buy product on this site you have to make 2 separate payments to merchants gogroopie for delivery charge if anything goes wrong you would be lucky only get refund from merchant you will not get refund from gogroopie delivery charge normally 4 99 be aware of using this siteBuyer

If I could give no stars I most certainly would Ordered a 5 piece mega mystery box what was received is a joke 2 pieces of plastic kids jewellery a yellow plastic keyring something that looks like a party bag toy and a phone charger Wasn t expecting anything wonderful but seriously this is ridiculous and what a waste of money Lesson learnt not to be so gullible with these kind of deals

I d never even heard of this company until they started spamming me daily I ve never shopped with them and use specific email addresses for each site I use They started spamming me I marked as spam and unsubscribed yet I still get emails which is a major GDPR violation GoGroopie if you are reading this expect termination of your smartfocus mailing account as well as contact from the ICO
