Unresolved Issues Unprofessional Attitude Not Recommended

We received their services for many years despite ongoing issues with the app we were generally satisfied However after a recent device malfunction and no satisfactory solution we decided to end our contract something that can happen with any provider To my surprise their response was highly unprofessional focusing on justifying their own costs and even bad-mouthing competitors instead of addressing our concerns Rather than understanding of our experience at the very least the message was dismissive and critical of our expectations as customers This response only confirmed that moving on was the right choice
