My mother wanted to sort her own funeral and I got in touch with her preferred funeral service they put my mother in touch with Golden Charter Arfan Ali got in touch with us and he went through everything we needed to know from beginning to the end of my mother s needs He kept in touch by phone and email and was very helpful and informative about the whole thing He was a real professional and made it very easy for my mother to sort what she wanted Very polite and made my mother very comfortable with her choices She was very happy with her results and I would recommend this service to all Thankyou Arfan Ali
