I am actually quite shocked by the accuracy of this transcription service It tends to capture every word even if the speaker is non-native Thumbs up to the makers The waiting time has increased significantly for free users though I hope they are able to increase capacity of their system and also introduce packages for users that need only few transcriptions per month

Cheaper than competitors like Otter ai offers a cleaner and highly precise transcription which means you save a lot of time and it s capable of handling more difficult accents Really not sure what this 1-star-review concerning bad performance was about probably a fake I m using it for academic work

09H10 01 02 24 - I am struggling to get my tape transcribed it s been hanging since 14h00 Wednesday lunchtime now it is 09h10 Thursday morning I am on professional I never struggled with it Now it is delaying I would change my review once this had been solved or I could get an answer to what might be wrong as I still cannot transcribe though it used the 2 hours of transcription it did not transcribe at all 16H54 01 02 24 - I got assisted I must commend you guys you did great So professional I am topnotch happy with myself and happy with Good Tape Thank you so much I d recommend good tape to anyone wanting to use it LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT

I d given up on online transcriptions for translated focus group discussions in good but usually accented English but Good Tape works really well- catching place names and common names and catching changing topics and speakers even when there s only a single voice Good customer service too Hooray
