Previously ordered two purses Both came in great shape and cute packaging Shipping does take a while longer but nothing I didn t expect since it had to clear customsI made my first purchase through PayPal which was a little nerve racking and after placing my order and reaching out to the customer service team for a payment link my confidence was restored Truly a good experience overall I highly recommend if you have any issues to reach out to the customer service team they truly put effort into smoothing things over

This review is solely based on customer service I am giving 5 stars because of my personal experience with Jenny I placed an order and within 2 days I received a email that the bag I purchased will be delayed shipping for about 3 -4 weeks Bummer Jenny asked if that was okay and if so I was offered a free item for my understanding If I did not want to wait I could request a different bag or I could receive a full refund After I asked a couple questions I decided to go with a different bag After one day the bag I selected was shipped I also received a quality video of my new bag It looks amazing I m looking forward to receiving it Jenny has also been very patient answering any questions I may have within a timely manner This is only my first order but I am already building my cart in hopes to continue a business relationship with Gorchic
