Wrong delivery - no response
I have ordered at this company but got the wrong part delivered I send them evidence but they prefer to play deaf I do not think this is fair or professional Quite disappointing

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience When I requested an appointment the response was very quick per whatsapp so we could agree on the date and time Shortly before the appointment day I was notified that the agent couldn t come so we rescheduled In the end nobody showed up neither notified me about the cancellation one week later I just wasted my day off that I took for this appointment I guess the quality of the products is as low as the customer service so luckily I didn t get a chance to order anything from this company
