Consistently good products have bought the last 4 models of theirs Had a hardware issue with one I broke a trigger button from a drop and reached out asking to purchase a replacement part directly from them They shipped out the replacement part free of charge They have always responded through emails to their customer service to adjust orders before they have shipped as well as have been responsive with their discord

Great Retro Emulation Handhelds

Company makes good retro emulation handhelds That s the short version The long version is that they make products that are competitively priced with other handhelds in the market and they re one of the more reputable brands out there in terms of build quality price and their products really do feel like they carry some self respect My recommendation is that if you don t want to pre-order their products from their website directly and wait 1 to 3 months for delivery just wait for their handhelds to land on a 3rd party site like Amazon they all eventually do and that way you re protected by Amazon if any issues arise That s the one negative about dealing with companies that ship out of China not necessarily the company s fault here this applies to ANY company shipping electronic goods from China It s just that dealing with possible issues and having to ship something back is just more difficult than returning the device to a local Amazon depot because you bought it via them and just letting them handle it My one and only handheld I ve bought from them so far was the Retroid Pocket 2S which was great I did order directly through their site as a pre-order so I did wait 3 months first then another 2 weeks after the device was officially released However my unit eventually arrived and did so as promised Have had no issues and works as advertised
