Terrible customer service Paid for express delivery because I was in need of the item for an upcoming wedding After paying for expedited 2 day delivery I waited 4 days and then called for an update as I hadn t heard anything They tell me they flagged it as fraudulent and will pass it to upper management Couple of days later I send an email requesting an update even though it way too late at this point They then don t respond and a week later refund me Absolutely terrible communication and customer service

Poor customer service experience

Bracelet fell off and was lost after an hour of wearing it because of the Parker clasp no concern by customer service because they don t replace lost items Well fine I spent about 600 there and they can t replace a lousy 45 bracelet with a poorly designed clasp No more Gorjana for me I ll buy quality items from better company

Poor customer service experience Discount shows as valid on website but then cancels at time of payment Explanation from Customer service is sorry there are no discounts right now Instagrammed messaged almost a week ago and still no reply

I wish I would of read reviews earlier to purchasing 500 rings and having the worse costumer service ever they never responded and on Instagram all I ve got was we forwarded your message to management so don t buy anything from this brand

Disgusting - Stay Away

Comments on the clasps are 100 accurate Received a necklace couldn t get it open I called to return and they sent me a video on how to open the clasp Still had trouble so returned it but really if you need a video to show customers how to open and properly close a clasp you need a redesign Jewelry is pretty but the gems are tiny Much smaller than pictures show Almost need a magnifying glass to see them Disappointing all around

I am extremely dissatisfied I ordered a star with diamonds but first of all it s too small it s almost invisible The chain is very thin It looks ugly much worse than photographed on the website Absolutely not worth the money for this amount you can get a more serious piece of jewelry Terrible delivery They didn t even send me a tracking number and eventually the package just appeared in my mailbox after two weeks Also the packaging does not match the price at all In short it s a terrible scam better to buy something much nicer for this money

Utter Garbage

The clasp on my fine jewelry bracelet broke after only purchasing it less than 3 months ago When I reached out to customer service they did not even respond I would expect much better quality and service than what I received

This stuff is expensive and flimsy It is not worth the money at all You are paying for their ridiculously deceiving commercials This jewelry does not stand up up to normal every day life wear
