Subscription box impossible to cancel customer service does not respond

There have been a few issues with my order and the customer service is not responding The site say they will get back to you in 48 hours which is not true There is also no other way to contact the customer service than by email or the contact form on the site First I had an issue with the payment which I asked them to look into It was fixed by them or PayPal it is hard to say which because no response to my message was sent Secondly I asked why the package hadn t shipped it was a day after they had said it would be shipped A shipping label was created after my message but it took 3 additional days to actuall deliver the package to the courier No response was sent to me The site says to cancel the next month s box by the 27th and says that it is done through a third party Shopify com However there is no option to cancel on that site just an order again button that leads to a page with error message There is also no way to remove the credit card information from the site I wrote an email again asking for instructions on how to cancel and to inform them that I want to cancel effect immediately This was on the 24th and I have not yet received an answer it s now 5 days later Today my card was charged for the next month s box and I now have to go through my bank to get that cancelled I sent the two first messages through a form on the site and the last one directly from my email I do not recommend Scribbler Box subscription to anyone who doesn t want to be trapped with it forever
