Switching from Mindbody to TeamUp was the best decision EVER

The moment I switched to TeamUp was when my life and business became so much easier I switched from Mindbody to TeamUp just 6 months ago and the difference to my business and personal wellbeing is so much better Mindbody was very expensive over complicated and integration into my website was messy and would often create error messages TeamUp integrates into my website seamlessly and perfectly I even have a shop TeamUp also integrates Zoom as part of the subscription which has been an absolute Godsend I have ran over 1000 live classes in the last year and TeamUp completely handle the setting up of Zoom classes and the links in which clients use to access the class amazing Their site is so much easier to navigate more automation choices in the emails and more tools to grow your business such as referral codes and discount codes TeamUp also supports multi location community fitness businesses I don t regret starting with Mindbody as the stress and anxiety it used to cause me makes me realise how awesome TeamUp are P S customer service are AWESOME

Great personalised support and an ever evolving platform

We have been using Goteamup for several years In that time they have provided us hours and hours of personal and tailored support I ve never had such easy access to live on the phone support as with Teamup The system works very well There are inevitably issues or the occasional pandemic but they are fast to provide us with solutions The service has also evolved massively over the years We have so many more handy features to help run our business And any problems that regularly bother us are usually dealt with with new updates or the new features

I ve been using Teamup for 6 5yrs and it just keeps getting better

I own and have run a small independent gym for the last 6 5yrs From day one on a recommendation I used Teamup to run all of our class registrations membership sales etc I could not imagine trying to run the gym without it I use it for financial reports and forecasting as well as analysing attendances to certain time slots and class types etc It is incredibly versatile The reason I rate it so highly though is not because of all the great features but because of the people who run it The customer service side of things is fantastic Quick responses to any queries etc and the other aspect is the continual improvements There are new features added regularly and if something needs improvement or changing it gets done This was highlighted by Covid where things were quickly integrated to help with running things off line etc Can t recommend Teamup enough
