I submitted an e-visa application via the government website 1 week before travel but didn t get a response and couldn t check in at the airport In a panic I applied for a 15 min visa from govietnamvisa and received it in 12 minutes I was able to board the plane and was greeted at the airport with a helpful representative who sped me through immigration It was a vacation saving experience

Extremely expensive the 15min Visa But the service is really creat and they are waiting for you at the airport and do everything so you only have to wait and fill out a sheet Then after 30-50min you get your visa During public holiday it is only possible to get the express visa in Ho-Chi-Minh-City

Did not have a visa

We failed to prepare our visa before our flight to Vietnam so upon arriving to the airport we weren t allowed to check in We found this company upon a google search and took the chance with the 15 minute application - Nian Jack and the team at govietnamvisa were very communicative and immediately got our initial papers sent Due to the short length of our flight it required further processing time so we had to wait at the Ho Chi Minh City airport for about 3 hours for the rest of the visa to finalize - then they took us through the line and got our papers done They were real lifesavers and made everything happen Although we wish we would not have had to wait as long for the final papers we understand this is part of the process that must be done We were worried about our checked bags but found them easily after the wait Would recommend for your urgent needs

can highly recommend their service we had difficulties with my PayPal payment and at the border but it didnt matter what day or time it was when i needed support i received it very quickly at the border there were some bigger difficulties and i was so happy when the agents of go vietnam visa helped me by talking on the phone to the immogration officers
