We chose Gowland White for our house sale - the main reasons were the response to initial queries and the marketing materials The service we received from the beginning was excellent - from the valuation and follow up the viewings and offer and the process of the sale Special mention should be made of Jodene Schofield who was extremely helpful in terms of advice and support Due to issues further down the chain our house sale was tricky and frustrating at times but this was in no way due to Gowland White Jodene was proactive in ensuring progress was made with the sale and reassuring us that the matter was progressing If Jodene was not available the other staff were always helpful Communication by telephone and email was very good We would not hesitate to recommend Gowland White
