Requested to cancel my account was told that it will be authorised 4 months on and they are still charging money from my account They do not respond to my messages or requests but they are happy to email me invoices every month

I have found GoZen Growth to be a SCAM
I have found GoZen Growth to be unusable Customer support is terrible We couldn t send our emails when we needed to I purchased via AppSumo which provide a refund if the product is not satisfactory When I was on an onboarding call they asked me to get a refund from Appsumo and purchase from them direct This is a SCAM because the software did not work and they promised a refund and then went back on their promise There are many other better products Stay away

Got the appsumo deal but didnt have time to try it out other than some basic testing When I finally got around to using it I discovered its completely unusable so many bugs so many things dont work as expect and the worst part is there is no way to get any support For anyone in doubt if this is an accurate review just try to find any contact on their website other than sales

GoZen has been beyond amazing
GoZen has been beyond amazing I have tried a few vendors but I have a slightly less standard situation my host for IMAP sendgrid for outbound Gozen just makes it easy where other services are complicated Whether you are a beginner or advanced user you will find what you need here It just works And honestly that s more important than anything else but they have a great support team and a nicely designed UI too
