Great furniture
Because of my mobility issues I needed an electric recliner and found one in the hatters store Bedford I liked the Ellis chair also had an adjustable headrest We chose a cloth material as we wanted to change from leather The wife chose a 2 cushioned 3 seater sofa So far so good Lead time was quoted as 14 weeks as it is hand made We were happy with that in fact it came a bit earlier

Today I emailed GPlan customer service to inquire about reupholstering myGplan suite After 8 years of sitting on them they could do with slightly more plump The response from customer service was first class and very helpful Thank you GPlan customer services

2 seat electric reclining sofa 3 seat curved fixed back sofas
The 2 seat recliner sofa and the 3 seat curved sofa turned up a lot earlier than the anticipated date advised at time of purchase Both items were exactly as we reviewed at the furniture showroom and we now look forward to many years of comfortable relaxation on these

Brilliant Customer Service
I purchased two secondhand G Plan armchairs unfortunately one of the feet were missing I contacted customer services not being very confident that I would get a resolution Stacey replied the same day said they still made these type of feet and sent me what I needed for free I have a perfect armchair now so grateful to Stacey what wonderful customer service
