Item never arrived and GR8 don t respond to messages Zero communication Purchased through Amazon marketplace so using their A-Z protection to get refund GR8 have ignored me and ignored Amazon customer service when messaged by them Avoid this business it s taken 2 weeks to resolve and Amazon have now confirmed refund is being processed Still nothing from GR8

I ordered a Master Class 26 cm square baking tray 3 days ago it arrived by midday today in excellent condition by Royal Mail It is very good quality perfect for my mini oven Excellent service Minimal packaging is a plus Cheaper than the same tray from other companies Would definitely recommend both product and company
