I was really relieved and thankful to be dealt with so well when I had a situation lately where it was my fault but grabone fixed things up I d left my account logged on on my mums computer and she d tried to make a purchase when she realised it was mine she closed the browser I then got an email saying please provide delivery details When I did that it completed the purchase Grabone could have told me tough luck your mistake But instead they reversed the charge and cancelled the order It was so nice to have a good experience like this and makes me trust them to know they re not just taking the chance to make the money then and there but looking more long term at customer satisfaction loyalty trust etc Very happy with Grabone NZ

It was great I got offered a discount in GrabOne s birthday celebrations I used it to buy something I had been looking at for some time The purchase was easy and the product turned up quickly The product was as advertised and we are very happy with it

I purchased a product through Grabone It arrived promptly but sadly did not work as advertised I contacted Grabone who dealt with the supplier and have arranged a refund Not the perfect experience However the HelpDesk team at Grabone were first class and their friendliness and attention to the issues was beyond my expectations 5 stars for service excellence
