Very professional and excellent service standards by everyone involved Would definitely recommend and would use them again if moving I moved a big house full of furniture and goods interstate everything arrived and in good condition All the staff were friendly hardworking and respectful whether in Melbourne pick up or Newcastle drop off

Sydney to Brisbale - stress free

We had 3 pickups from 3 separate locations in Sydney being consolidated into one shipment to Brisbanse Packing team were brilliant quick and efficient and everything was incredibly well packed and protected All uplift crew at the three locations were wonderful professional polite and nothing was too much trouble they helped with taking some furniture apart and even helped dismantle the balcony which some items had to be lifted over - again without any fuss Amazing team s and please pass on our thanks The delivery team were again a credit to the company polite quick and also helped with assembly Our delivery was in two shipments and the second team kindly offered to take away any rubbish 100 worth the money for a stress free interstate move

Canada to Australia

Given our delivery was coming from Canada there were a few hurdles along the way and our contact with Grace ALWAYS provided prompt informative and detailed responses to our questions and concerns Our shipment was delivered on time and without damage by experienced and pleasant agents Thank you for your help

We didn t choose Grace Removals Group as our shipment came in from overseas but ever since its arrival Grace Removals has been helpful and communicative On the day of the delivery the two Grace Representatives arrived on time with our shipment I thought they would take forever to unload over 200 boxes but they worked tirelessly and got the job done in a relatively short time The lads were friendly courteous and respectful of our property and super helpful during a fairly stressful time Thank you Grace Removals

The Gold Coast team was amazing and extremely patient with my questions The removalists themselves were outstanding It is a real art to watch them load The furniture all arrived safely and the guys unloading were wonderful as well It was a great experience everything flowed as I was told it would I would thoroughly recommend Grace Removals when you are relocating
