Pretty happy with these folks I needed an alumni theme to show people from my graduating class as we re graduating soon I couldn t find a right theme I stumbled across a demo of Grace Themes Wide Range which showed team members It looked simple professional and fit what I wanted I found it easy to edit The template and raw PHP code were very easy to edited and very well commented making it easy to adjust the Team Member page to be an Alumni page The documentation shows how to set up a basic site Their forums are full with great answers on how to do more advanced things I needed to find a way to change something I didn t like that was built into a theme I knew the name of the function I asked for help Within a few hours they not only told me where to look but actually gave me the code to make the adjustment I needed

I have been working with Grace Themes for over a year First the support is great I don t know how but they always get back to me within 24 hours and solve my problem The themes are good a bit of a learning curve if you are brand new to WordPress The Pro sites are under 30 and look amazing you can get a really good looking pro site up in a day Good looking themes easy to work on and great support
