Buyers beware
I ve bought a kitchen package and had it installed and old appliances taken away which I paid extra for they brought my new appliances and didn t install my new fridge or haul away the old one they installed a over the stove microwave and didn t hook up the vent properly and not I have grease in my cabinet I ve called twice and no response I ve even used that text chat on website and no response what I have to go back to the store for Matt to respond to me the only good thing about them was the price

GRAND APPLIANCE is HORRIBLE
Trying to do my part and Shop Locally Owned Businesses but this company Should Be Avoided I purchased a New GE Washer Dryer in July Aug 2022 and these people and there Installation Team caused 15 000 in damage to my home during the delivery and installation S AND they refused to take ANY responsibility for the damage caused in our 2nd Floor Laundry Room and kitchenette area directly below it on the first floor They sent an installation person out to troubleshoot and he said everything is connected properly Then I called the manufacturer GE and they came out and said the issue wasn t with the unit but likely internal and caused possibly during installation of the new units My plumber eventually confirmed this because Grand Appliance refused to assist further Prior to this purchase and install we had experience NO ISSUES with Leaks ZERO Their install team installed and uninstalled moved the units 6 times violently shifting the drain tray in which the units were placed and are connected to a floor drain This jostling severed the floor drain causing sever flooding My plumber confirmed the root cause and ultimately made the repair SURELY the Grand Appliance Installation Team of Professionals have installed MANY units that sat in drain trays and SHOULD KNOW that they are connected to A Floor Drain The company has disavowed any liability I won t do local anymore I m spending my hard earned dollars with the Big Box Stores from now own Truly Truly Shady

Customer disservice
We recently purchased a refrigerator and washer dryer from Grand Appliance in Wauwatosa While the sales people were great in store the customer service side is a disgrace We had a concern with the temp controls of the fridge but it appeared to work We raised this as a concern to the sales person when we were in a few weeks later to buy the washer dryer The sales person scheduled an LG repairman to look at it who stated our brand new fridge needed a new compressor something else and possibly a coolant leak He would have to reschedule the repair for a week later We were cool with that as the fridge worked but I questioned Grand Appliance about replacing the fridge as it was essentially new with potentially significant problems I had problems getting hold of Customer Service They often do not pick up or disconnect while in the menu system or direct you to voice mail for which I have not had a reply yet When I was able to get hold of customer service they would tell me they would had reached out to LG about replacement A week came and went and Grand Appliance would not respond back to us In the end the LG tech who was awesome btw repaired the fridge and essentially said that the customer service lied to us and that LG would not replace the fridge unless multiple repairs had been done and it still had issues Then to the washer dryer During the install we discovered that we accidentally ordered an electric dryer when we needed a gas one The sales people were quick to resolve that and we got a gas dryer installed within 5 days The dryer Electrolux was somewhat noisy upon installation but we weren t sure if that was because it had no clothes in for testing It quickly became apparent the brand new dryer was undergoing catastrophic bearing roller failure and it sounded like a drum of hammers being turned We called Gran Appliance to get this exchanged Again it has been impossible to get hold of customer Service They do not pick up their phones and so far have not returned my voice message I did get hold of a sales person in the store we bought it from that said he would check with Customer Service around performing an exchange and since then no response So TLDR Still waiting for my dryer to be exchanged and I would not buy another appliance from this company

25 RESTOCKING CHARGE FOR ALL RETURNS
I had purchased a Bosch dishwasher from Grand t v and appliance I was unhappy with the Bosch dishwasher for various reasons due to general operation and cleaning I contacted the customer service department to return the dishwasher had been used a total of 3 times I was informed that 1 the appliance would have to be picked up by Grand appliance 2 I could get a refund but a 25 restocking charge would be applied This was not disclosed when the appliance was purchased Sadly this simply adds insult to a poor product purchase Knowing this at or prior to purchase would have made me reconsider my purchase of the product at Grand appliance This return policy is unusual for most stock common products This was NOT a special order Best buy Amazon Costco and Menards do not have such policies Simply bring the product back explain reasons for return and get a refund or credit

Go to ABT I can not post enough to warn consumers Grand does not stand behind the products they sell especially the EXTENDED warranties that they make sound so above the rest I have been without a working oven since Dec 3rd YES CHRISTMAS TIME and will not have one working until after the first of the year and that is a BIG IF The company I was farmed off to has no idea what the problem is they just keep ordering new parts which do not fix the issue STAY AWAY I have tried speaking with the store the extended warranty company the repair company whirlpool and Jenaire and have learned one thing NO ONE CARES ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY

Worst Kitchen Appliances worsty centricity warranty
Worst Appliances and the centricity Warranty is even worse than their service I had to buy applianced from Grand appliances as it was builder preferred Vender First they sold me the appliances which they called top of the line LG kitchen package And they sold extended warranty from Centricity Each of the appliances gave problem and Warranty service took months to fix everything Dish washer broke before thansgiving a year ago it took 7 months to get part needed and that happened to be wrong part another 4 months gone and when they fixed it It started working but no clean and dry dishes to this day They recommended a no noise costly kitchen hood which had so much noise then theysaid it had a bad moter and not installed correctly

Grand Appliances standard delivery is not as advertised
I had 3 sets of appliances delivered recently from an online Grand Appliance order Per attached sales contract my delivery included bringing to each apartment setting in place The exact wording was Un-crate set in place and haul old to garage or curb When delivered the drivers refused to do any of the above The appliances were dumped in the alley for me to uncrate set in place The old appliances weren t removed to my garage either The drivers said they could not deliver to units for 2 reasons 1 Because they cannot take a chance of dama the appliances but their standard delivery policy is Un crate set in place and haul old to garage or curb It is advertised exactly as such right here on their website 2 Apparently the delivery manager added notes to deliver to the garage instead Aimee Cornelio delivery manager was confused on a direction to load from the back alley as it was on a bust street She would not back off or accept responsibility only ordering the drivers to leave them in alley garage per her own delivery notes Strangely the appliance delivery team stayed on site to watch us uncrate set in place in each unit When we finished delivering uncrating the units they took pictures sent them into the delivery team It was made super clear that we wanted the appliances delivered to the kitchen not the garage as Aimme directed but they would not bend
