They do not care
This company does not maintain their buildings at all It takes months to get something fixed in the apartment and even then usually they do not solve the problem Very expensive rent for a very poorly maintained building

Provided me wrong number for electricity meter
When I moved in last year they provided me with a wrong electricity meter number This I just found out when I got a request of an immense additional payment by my energy provider in June this year since I am paying somebody else s consumption Since then I try to resolve this problem but they do not help me at all - they ignore all my calls and all my mails - no answers no support from their side

very bad experience
on move in i was provided with the wrong key for the storage room I was told that a new one would be organised soon That was June 2024 I have contacted them several times and each time I am told to be patient then after a few months they close the case without doing anything or communication with me The phones for the service centre are always switched off every time I try to call and the property manager doesn t answer her phone

DO NOT RENT AT BROAD HOUSE HARROW
My recent experience at Broad House specifically Flat 116 has been an absolute disaster from start to finish I vacated the property on March 30 2025 with my tenancy ending on April 15 2025 and I am still fighting to get my rightfully owed deposit back The property management companies involved MP Property GCP Asset Management Grandcity Property team and Flag Stone Agents are utterly incompetent and frankly appear to be operating with complete disregard for tenants rights The most egregious issue is their attempt to steal my entire 1644 deposit They are trying to charge me for damages that were CLEARLY pre-existing and documented in the check-in inventory which I have a signed and dated copy of The checkout inventory conveniently produced by Broad House included these same pre-existing conditions and they are now using this as a basis to defraud me Communication has been non-existent My emails have been completely ignored It s like shouting into a void They have shown a complete lack of professionalism and basic human decency This entire ordeal has caused me immense stress and financial hardship Their blatant attempt to steal my money is unacceptable I have now been forced to take legal action against these companies This is the only way to get any resolution AVOID BROAD HOUSE AND THESE MANAGEMENT COMPANIES AT ALL COSTS YOU WILL REGRET IT This is not just a bad experience it s a warning They are dishonest unresponsive and will try to rip you off I would give them zero stars if I could

Terrible Experience with GCP Property Management - Holding Deposit for Pre-existing Damage
My experience with GCP Property Management has been nothing short of a nightmare I vacated my property on March 30th and despite having a check-in inventory clearly documenting the pre-existing condition of the apartment they are attempting to charge me for these very damages and are currently holding my entire deposit of 1644 What s even more frustrating is their complete lack of communication My emails requesting clarification and referencing the check-in inventory have gone unanswered It feels like they are deliberately ignoring my attempts to resolve this issue To be asked to pay for damages that were present before I even moved in is outrageous The check-in inventory serves as clear evidence and their refusal to acknowledge this coupled with their silence is unprofessional and frankly feels like an attempt to unfairly withhold my deposit I would strongly advise anyone considering renting a property managed by GCP Property Management to proceed with extreme caution and ensure every single detail of the property s condition is meticulously documented with photographic evidence upon move-in Based on my experience they seem to operate with a blatant disregard for tenant rights and basic communication I am now being forced to explore further avenues to reclaim my rightfully owed deposit

The most terribly company I have dealt
The most terribly company I have dealt with Avoid at all costs They are Claiming damage that was already present at a property when I sent them evidence of it when I first moved in It wasn t a lot of money however the principle is that they are effectively stealing After reading other people s reviews it s shows this hasn t been the first time and won t be the last If it was a worthy amount I would have taken them to a tribunal

Ridiculous charges
The toilet lights were not workable which looked like caused of dripping The property manager emailed that 30-50 material fee would be imposed However 300 was charged after fixed The one who fixed the light said it was an aging issue Lighting device were too old I only lived in the apartment for 10 months I agreed to pay said material fee however they used me to pay for their facility fee Totally ridiculous
