Just to say received my mug today and very disappointed printing is displayed on the mug for a left handed person maybe there should have been an option to tick whether you were right or left handed won t be using the mug now will just hang it up on display also the name I wanted printed on it was tiny need a magnifying glass to read it won t be ordering from here again

After placing a 1st Christmas baby cushion order I was very disappointed to receive the cushion with name here at the bottom and not what I thought I had requested if I had of made a mistake and not filled in the required field I would have expected a email to alert me that this field was incomplete I am now left with a useless cushion that cannot be given as a gift after emailing the company twice their response was we cannot help you I find this totally unacceptable with lack of empathy totally happy to take my money but not help in anyway

Received the wrong t shirt Tried and tried to get then to exchange and send me the correct tshirt NO LUCK Very hard to deal with these people After five contacts absolutely no luck getting the t shirt I wanted Will never order from them again

Do NOT deal with this company
I admit it was my fault but recently received a cushion with name here written on it instead of a name I had forgotten to put the name on when ordering However I found that the customer service after receiving the pillow was virtually non-existent and where was the quality control Surely someone could have contacted me and pointed my mistake out No just take the money and carry on My advice Don t purchase anything from this bunch of cowboys

Christmas pillow
I ordered this Christmas pillow in September in order to give it to my daughter as a first time mom regretfully I never received the order after being promised on more than one occasion that it would be delivered before Christmas On more than one occasion I was given delivery dates which came and went with nothing delivered eventually I gave up completely and asked for my money back I must add they did refund my money but what a disappointment Will not recommend this company to anyone

Awful customer care
Received a pillow for new parents with child s name to be shown as per previous reviews the word name has been printed on the cushion as well as chllds name Again no help at all in resolving issue they don t believe in quality control or common sense when printing pillows Now left with a useless pillow as can t give it to new parents Don t buy from this Company to quick to take your money without providing acceptable goods

I sent a message that the item I ordered had a defect in the snaps I got a email from them that said they would get back with me but when I dug into their policy it states the customer only has 24 hours to make the complaint Which technically they can wait to get ahold of you after the 24 hours and you are at a loss If I can not get help within the same day then they are not going to get back with you
