I had a positive experience the crew was organized and willing to help with any unforeseen problems There were delays but considering the pandemic they were acceptable All objects arrived intact and everyone worked fast accommodating all our needs

I would definitely recommend the international relocation services from Formula Global Mobility To begin with at the point of origin the crew was very helpful careful responsive and skilled I had furniture from IKEA widely known as one which can only be assembled once that was completely disassembled and I had no problem reassembling it back again at my destination Moreover no damages were found on any items shipped not even a broken glass Finally my point of contact from Formula Global Mobility Ms Vanessa Jalaim addressed satisfactorily all my demands from the moment she took over my relocation process until I got everything delivered She managed to schedule the delivery for the most convenient date to me and when we found out that a piece of furniture was so large that it could not be delivered on the first visit at my apartment she managed to schedule a second visit for lifting it up through the window again without delays and on the most convenient date for me
