Do not purchase from this company they are still taking orders for goods they cannot supply whilst immediately removing funds from account The phones and email don t appear to be staffed Struggling to get refund due to zero ability to make contact

Purchased fencing on the 24th May still no delivery and no communication from them I have now opened up a refund request through my credit card company under section 75 of the consumer credit act then buy the fencing from Wickes where there appears to be plenty in stockHappy days received refund from credit card now ordered from Wickes delivery next Wednesdaystill no comment from this company

Take your money and then nothing more 4 weeks since order and no communication Suspect gone bust so BUYER BEWARE

Appauling

Order 51530 ordered11 decking boards to finish a job Advised delivery would be within 21 days Have used this company once before and received poor service but decided to give them a 2nd chance More fool me They have taken my money for goods they have now told me they cannot supply and won t answer the phones when they do answer they are extremely cagey with info When I asked for a refund I was advised to call their accountant The call went unanswered despite numerous attempts I called the centre again and got the mobile number of the General Manager I asked him why they took my money for goods they could not supply having had ample opportunity to inform me and he avoided the question by offering me a same day delivery out of stock he had coming in from another customer The promise has still to be fulfilled I do not recommend using this company They have no issues taking your money and not providing what you have paid for but they have a big issue explaining why

No correspondence or updates on order No help

No call to advise of delivery came back from work to find my delivery dumped on my drive my fence panels were saturated as it had rained heavily all day two of the panels were damaged contacted Grangewood not at all interested Appauling

Extremely poor customer service

Order delayed but the company do not advise you they offer no form of compensation This company do not give you an email notification of order Very poor service for the first time I used the company it will be the last Delivery driver very helpful though

Ordered fence panels and boards

Extremely poor customer service Order put in on 30th March had email to say thanks we have taken your money delivery in 7 to 10 days Having tried to call repeatedly with no answer finally got through today firstly struggled to find our order then to be told most of what we have ordered is out of stock and has been for some time yet the website did not reflect this and there has been no communication from Grangewood telling us they have no stock yet amazingly they were happy to take the money They Do Not answer phones or emails we had emailed twice Frankly so far disgusted with customer service and attitude Hoping our products will arrive shortly Not holding out much hope In future we will go elsewhere which we would have done if the website had said the items were out of stock when we ordered Even an update would have been appreciated we should not have to chase a company who have taken 800 for a product they don t have in stock Good customer service goes a very long way Unfortunately you don t have this I would avoid this company at all costs Sort yourselves out grangewood UPDATE 21 4 21Delivery arrived today after complaining twice more Downside1 driver to deliver 17 fence panels gravel boards and posts and concrete fence post I think he was an agency driver and whilst perfectly polite could not unload the products himself so I 4ft 11 in 50 year old petite lady had to help unload every single item and to think you pay for delivery I only helped for fear they would be taken away and we would not see them again Company is a complete and utter joke Seriously Avoid AVOID AVOID

I have only given Grangewood a one start review as I cant give them anything lower

Ordered fence panels and boards Got a delivery date but on the day was told by the driver that half the stuff was not in stock Emailed no response Rang several times managed to speak to someone who promised to call back with estimated delivery date 2 weeks later still no callThought I d shop local to support local business big mistake buyer beware shop elsewhere
