Becareful of those scammers they charged me with 21 USD the day i canceled my annual subscription and deactivate my account so i can not use the website after they charged me I reached out many times and the customer service seems very unprofessional and never actually solve the issue they just told me why they charged me and that they don t offer discount WHAT A SCAMMERS

Envato network are scammers if you browse any of there markets they show you a big banner on the header said Envato Elements Millions of creative assets unlimited downloads One low cost after click the banner and paid for the subscribe you get surprised that this plan only limited for elements envato even the banner on all there market its a scam big scam attention

ENVATO has lost it Quality control refunds and customer support is non-existent

I have been with Envato for 12 years with hundreds of purchases I have requested a refund 2 times over the whole period Yes some Authors get rude some are newbies but in general it was the ONE STOP SHOP for all my work needs Now Massive influx of developers with horrible content and fake reviews Bad reviews are being removed ratings being challenged authors attacking clients no refunds There is still some really good content but it is so difficult to filter out because the rating system is flawed

Hi So many people can t be wrong I ignored these reviews and here I am writing Never buy anything from these following domains AudioJungle ThemeForest VideoHive GraphicRiver 3DOcean CodeCanyon PhotoDune ElementsStudio They are all owned by the same scam company They will gobble all your money and lock your account with some silly excuse They will never unlock your account and You will end paying more money Never buy anything from them You can donate the money to some charity rather than these crooks They will never allow you to rate negatively unless you rate 5 star If you will insist with your reviews They will lock your account and never reply to your emails Such despicable cheats

I hate this site I have 6 years experience in Graphics I uploaded very quality graphics design projects and provided each and every details but in the end they give us a reason we found it isn t at the quality standard required to move forward and rejected my item Each and every time when i uploaded items on it they always reject and just give silly reason Trust me Envato market team have no experience to review the projects

Indeed Envato is a scam They keep using different platforms to fool customers It is full of false and fake themes No refund if anything goes wrong The theme was falsely advertised to have features but most of them were absent When I complained about a theme which I bought through them They replied with the following we recommend contacting the author to see if they privately offer paid customization services or checking out the great service providers on Envato Studio I apologize but it s only the Author that you can ask for the best help since they own the item as it is their creation

100 a Scam

Paid for the plugin membership from a plugin buy page I was told I could download said plugin with the membership I shortly found out that was NOT the case and I have over 200 stolen from me Every Included plugin from the subscription required a paid dependency think of all sub plugins as child themes you CAN NOT just buy the sub

They won t unlock my account

Make sure you never lock your account with 2FA because they will never unlock your account and they will never unlock it even if the data match Well I will try to let my account closed because I don t want them to keep my data Just find a better design company

I ll write my review on here because Envato keeps deleting my review from there site I would not use WPBINGO I have bought a theme off them and they have put a code into where they can see my design I have spent ages redesign the template for them to copy my design and sell it on CHEATS and copyright infringement I have made the platform aware but they just keep on deleting my review Do not care about customers spent over 300 on this platform avoid
