This is the second time I have used Grass direct and both times they have provided excellent service I was extremely pleased with the quality of the grass and it was easy to fit I would recommend that you order a sample before placing your order as the grass colour look and feel can look different than in pictures I would highly recommend grass direct

Exceptional service from start to finish Delivery was arranged 2 weeks quicker than advertised and then I was given regular updates and of the delivery time slot and a final delivery time When speaking to the staff on the phone they couldn t have been more helpful Would definitely use again and highly recommend to anyone

Absolutely perfection I was worried when I placed the order for artificial grass after receiving a sample through the post to see quality as it was being purchased for my 91 year old dad who is housebound and wouldn t be able to sign for delivery but the company assured me I would receive a text and a phone call regarding the time of delivery I could not have wished for better products or service from the company 100 spot on
