Replaced my whole order
I bought a cute bong but the downstem arrived broken After reporting this within two emails and a day i had an entire new bong bowl and downstem No shipping fees I was so excited to open the box once it came will definitely be buying from here again

I just bought my third bong from Glass
I just bought my third bong from Glass City and they all are great This last time it was broken in shipping I contacted glass city and within an hour someone got back to me and told me that a third party shipping company would contact me They did almost immediately They replaced the bong within days All I had to do was send them a photo of the damaged bong Great company I will continue to use them
