I cannot fault anything about my experience It was easy to select an appropriate product decanter in my case and it was very straightforward to upload my message and a logo A proof was sent very quickly and the customer service from Kyle was amazing The product arrived on time and I am delighted with the quality - thank you

My order was processed and ready for dispatch with only a few days and that was with engraving needing done The item was top quality and service was excellent The only grumble which was not Gravesham Trophy Centre s fault was the extra delivery charge put on by DPD for delivery to the Highlands 15 I live in Grampian which is not in the Highlands but I m aware DPD have done this before for deliveries There s even a DPD hub where I live

I came across this company just by chance whilst browsing the internet they had what I was looking for their reviews were good so I decided to purchase from them I was not disappointed at all what a great find I purchased an engraved vase its beautiful they emailed me a proof of how the engraving would look beforehand so I could make any changes if needs be I am very happy with my purchase the price the service the fast delivery absolutely highly recommend this company I would definitely use them again many thanks 5

Very thankful and impressed

As a first time buyer they were extremely helpful especially when I was quite worried about how the products would look etc John was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions and eased my worries completely They also kept in constant contact with me and even called sent photos before the products had been shipped which I really appreciated The entire delivery process was very efficient with it arriving three days after it had been processed and the packaging was great I can t thank them enough for their amazing customer service and quality of products My brother now has a present with memories that will last a life time I highly recommend their service and will no doubt use it again if needed

Great Service speedy and exceeded my expectations

I had a last minute requirement for a trophy with tight deadlines of one week I ordered on the Tuesday proof sent the same day and a few changes made due to my errors I made a short note on the order stating the tight time deadlines fully expecting them not to be able to meet the requirement as it was so short The Trophy arrived mid morning on Thursday it a immaculate neat and exceeded my expectations A brilliant service at all points and I will certainly look to use them again My sincere thanks
