Beware Privacy and Customer Service
First beware before paying or posting They will post your full name phone number and e-mail openly No website does this They run their site from the past with no regard to privacy or security They are ignoring the dangers of today s connected world When you complain about the privacy they will get an attitude and say we ve done this for 20 years and you are entitled to your opinion You are the first to complain I asked for a refund and the guy lied and said it would arrive by check in a few days Did not happen I asked for an e-mail stating the refund He confirmed he would send it Did not happen The charge is being disputed by my CC company and they fully agreed about the privacy issue and did not hesitate to dispute the charge There is NO warning that they will post your information openly And again just flat out lies with customer service and a refund Not to mention the bad attitude Beware and avoid There are other more professional grave listing websites

I placed an ad on Grave Solution and much to my surprise the following day I received a bid which I accepted REMEMBER If it s too good to be true BEWARE FOLLOW YOUR GUT then the uneasiness began a cashier s check was immediately sent via USPS with an amount greater than the amount of the proposed sale with creepy detailed instructions regarding depositing it and daily annoying texts regarding the status of the deposit When I asked for identification before agreeing with the sale a Texas driver s license was sent when I googled the name it belonged to a lawyer BEWARE The bank s fraud department did a great job identifying A FAKE CHECK I also think the ID was stolen found You can t make stuff up Again BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE I CAN T SAY THIS ENOUGH
