Great service by the customer service staff of Norwich train station

On my journey from Norwich to Great Yarmouth I left my mobile speaker and usb plug on the train after my departure to Great Yarmouth On my return journey I was advised to stop by the customer service office at Norwich Station lo and behold my speaker and plug was awaiting me like two lost souls on the desk of the customer service office So I would just like to thank the train cleaner and the staff at customer service for a great and prompt job in finding my lost goods and returning them to me on my return journey back to Norwich 5 service

Assistance travelling

I can t say much about the train service or times etc but while having to use the assisted service for my son going from Wickford into Liverpool St for his appointments in London the service was exceptional I mainly booked ahead but on returning we did not know what train we were able to get because you never know how long you are going to be at our patients However when we got to Liverpool St Station it was no bother for the staff they got the ramp out and radioed ahead to Wickford and on the 5 occasions we needed this assistance the guy was always there waiting for us I can t fault the assistance service and a big thank you to everyone I can only remember a couple of names one was Sam at Liverpool St and the other was Kev at Wickford but well done and a big thank you to all concerned

In Tottenham station our glass has fallen in train line and Mr Mohammad help me so much to bring back my glass He is so kind and helpful And greater anglia s all staffs are so good and helpful as well I always love to travel by greater anglia
