Horrible Customer Service

Our trailer was totaled in Hurricane Milton 11 1 24 I submitted a policy cancellation After 3 weeks I called to find out they sent our check to where the trailer HAD BEEN not our mailing address 1 2 25 I was told the replacement check is now in ALLSTATE INDIA s processing queue - no ETA They didn t have a problem taking my money for the annual renewal but now have a problem returning my 10 months premium I a filing a complaint with the Florida Dept of Insurance
