I used these 6 years ago items went missing in post promised a complimentary bundle which never arrived cancelled 42 subscriptions and got all my money back I did pay by credit card then I never use direct debit for anything and always pay in full

Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company I set up a 3 months for 5 offer for empire magazine logged on to my account to cancel before extra money came and and my account says I had no subscription so I assumed it was already cancelled Now they have taken 30 from me and are refusing to give it back Apparently signing up for the offer automatically puts you into a contract that you can t leave for 12 months Absolutely disgusting

Ensured they lost a subscription
I feel aggrieved to have to award ONE star The most appalling company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with Tempted by a free gift which was suddenly out of stock they refused to refund my subscription I will therefore be redirecting the unwanted magazine each month to someone else who was considering subscribing thereby ensuring that they lose a subscription anyway Suck on that

Failed delivery
In mid-June I ordered half a year s subscription on Motorcycle News as a present for my husband - we live in Denmark The first issues were considerably delayed By the end of July we had only received a single issue After a complaint the issues started to arrive fairly regularly with one or two never turning up Until the second half of October when they stopped coming altogether Sixteen e-mails between the company Bauer and us later the problem is still not solved The problem may lie with the Danish distributor but nothing happens I would not recommend subscribing to any of Great magazines products

Took out an introductory trial
Took out an introductory trial subscription not realising it was for a minimum term of 12 months Had I have known about this I would not have gone ahead with the trial Now the cost of living crisis has hit I m being told i can t cancel They do not make it clear that there is a twelve month minimum subscription Please avoid this company especially in this present financial climate

Sadly very poor delivery
Sadly the reliability of the delivery is now almost non existent It is a tv magazine that runs from Saturday to Friday Is regularly late this week turned up on Tuesday The week is almost half way through consequently a complete waste of time Made contact no use whatsoever they just want your money and do not seem to care about delivering the goods

Just rubbish
Just rubbish tried 3 times on different dates to place an order online on first 2 attempts would not accept any payment on 3rd attempt again would not accept credit card so paid by debit card said it was accepted then got an email to say it had failed Finally had to place order by telephone which was straightforward at least just wait to see if we get any magazines

APALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE
I wish I had read the reviews before placing an order for print copies as a Xmas gift for someone The system changed the order to digital and the recipient doesn t use a computer or mobile phone After numerous emails and 19 long phone calls they changed it but reduced the number of copies that will be sent as some had already been read PLEASE DONOT USE THIS COMPANY

Buyer beware React Quickly
I opted for a yearly digital subscription for Anglers Mail Paid via card Got confirmation email with personal member number Followed instructions to no avail Sent email no reply made phone call no answer Rang bank told them problem and wanted my money back no problem sorted Whole process was done within 6 days In this day and age of technology there is no valid excuse even with Covid-19 around to delay this service

Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY If I could give zero stars I would My husband signed up for a trial offer of 3 issues for 5 for Practical Classics magazines He only received 2 before he was charged 30 on a recurring payment On querying this he was told he had signed up for 12 months and couldn t cancel Absolute scam company
