The worst customer service I ever
The worst customer service I ever experienced in Germany I filled the billing address and the delivery address but when I paid the company website system automatically decided to send the package to same address of the billing address I called them but the phone did not work and I could not leave any message then I sent an email a message on Facebook Instagram but nothing The day after they didd t check neither my email messages on social media and now my package will go to another country and there s no much they could not do so I lost 62 euro because they website system made this mistake Never again Very disappointing

Poor customer service
Consumables delivered close to the expiration date and the seller is not responsible for it making the customer pay for it Which now makes me doubt the quality of their products Terrible customer service
